woohoo passed first MOT with a piper

well just thought i would let people know that have a piper or thinking about geting 1.....that my car passed it's first MOT today with nothing wrong at all! have had the piper for 8 month's easy and driven about 6/8k with it on but it was bought off (hoggy) who had it a month or so which said done 2/3k with it on.... so all in all done in the region of...8/11k and the CAT is all good .. the only thing i got addvised was my front brakes are geting low 30% left.. not bad ..

I will probably end up getting the 6 POT's aswell but for £400 I thought it was worth a bash as I have a brand new set of EBC Ultimax discs in the Garage to try on the 4 POT's

If they are not up to much I will get the 6 POTS

i knew that the 200cell cat that come's with the 1 silancer piper exhaust which i have ''should'' pass no problems but! have read that 1 or two have not! but the truth in that i dont know as only read it... but all is well with mine

my emmisons light keeps coming up. on my cobra 200 cell cat. which worse cat about like a 50cell. but put it on the emmisions test when its warm it passes. so any other cat will pass.

thank's jase mate was thinking it's going to come back with this or that needing doing... as took it to a vx garage which i know are very strict on MOT'S ..but i wanted that ! so knew every thing was ok..as i know there garages out there that will probs look at it and think ..it's only 3 years old and check nothing and pass it..every thing get's checked with vx so happy's day's

200 cell cat will last longer than a 100 cell cat.. but i was'nt worried it was because of a 200 cell cat.... more of how the cat was made! was it up to the job of good quilty.. well i bought a piper knowing/thinking it is 1 of the best you can buy but being second hand you just never know what that cat has been through! could of been on a car with a turbo leaking oil geting in to the cat ! not good! or a car over feuling to much due to bad tune? just a couple of things that would go through my mind if i bought a secound hand porfomace exhaust that has been on a car running high bhp . but all is good
