Well Mr "i'm never gonna tune or mod his car..... ever " has succumbed and booked his VXR at TMS for full Milltek next month!

my girlfriend thinks i'm mad!

I have resisted stage 2 as I still have issues with insurance and fuel consumption but I suppose it could concievably happen at a later date.

I'm sure my whole road will hear me come back after it's done so I better start been friendly to the neighbours!!!!!!!!!!!

You wont be dissapointed, the Milltek sounds great and the service at TMS is excellent.
At least when you have the Milltek fitted you can go back anytime to have the remap.
You probably wont be able to resist for too long. I was like you before I even got my vxr...Im definetly leaving this one standard...lol
