took my front bumper off on saturday to find that my air con was falling to bits. the bottom of the rad fell off and the metal between the cores was all falling out. My Gsi was the same falling to bits. has any one else had the same problem.

The newer ones have a different bracket setup on the lower section, so if it does break off (which it inevitably will), it wont actually fall off.
Warranty is normal 3 years / 60k miles whichever comes first.
