    Bye vxr hello type r :-)

    Hey guys, just to say cheers for the advise and info over last 18 months . Found this forum a great help .

    Just put down a deposit on a 09 civic type r championship White, pick her up on sat hopefully !

    Loved my corsa but have always been a type r fan and have always said I'd own a White one. Just feel it's a bit more grown up and less chavy reputation . Plus I like the fact there was less than 600 made of this model civic !

    Anyway, later ! Cheers again

                I loved the older CTR and did go look at a 2008 CTR before Xmas as they looke great inside but when I drove it, just didn't do it for me. It didn't feel as fun as my 54plate CTR and felt real slow and that was before I was mapped. But I have to be honest they look great and if they was as fun as the older shape I'd have bought it.

                They White is a very nice rare machine tho mate, nice car.

                  Remus turbo back , TX enlarged tophat, CDTI pipework, Pipecross XL Foam/Cone Filter, FMIC, Forge recirc valve, Forge actuator, Regal 3 bar map sensor, HRC fuel pump, Courts coolstat , GM Breather box, custom oil catch can, FK coil overs, Whteline RARB Gloss Black Corsa VXR Alloys, De badged and de-wiper at rear. HID headlights/LED sides. Custom carbon wrapping.
