people only really advise this when upgrading to a bigger bore exhaust. no need if standard.

Some people have said and so have courtenay, you dont need one of these if you have the correct oil. think he said w30 which is thin and think thats the reason for courts not supplying them.

The one on ebay doesn't look like it comes with the washers. I bought mine for £12 second hand but not used, think regal sell them for £25

I have only got a standard exhaust and am running Mobil 0W - 40 Fully Synth? I thought the consept of it was to look after the turbos whatever the exhaust??

I've also only got the standard exhaust on mine, and I run 5W40 oil. Have had the restrictor bolt fitted for over 18 months now.

if you look at the std turbo it has a Oil Restrictor in the hole you put the bolt in
so I would say no need unless your selling the car and its starting to smoke
I call the oil Bolts a 2nd hand car sales man bolt
