strut brace fitting question

  • strut brace fitting question

    i bought an omp strut brace a couple months ago and need to fit it before scottish car show in days



    when i put it on it looks like the bolts are gonna hit the struts. has anyone got any ideas around this?

    when i fitted myn i had to remove the plastic strut tops , drill holes and bolt the brace in then re clip the plastic tops in

        problem is where ur holes are they are on the wider part of the car. mine are right on the top :/

            you sure your strut brace is to fit a astra vxr?

            mine is the same as that one in the pic and it's for show purpose only, it needs to attach to the actual struts for it to improve anything.
