Funny Smell in Cabin

Hi all,

I know this is a weird one but I've got a odd smell in my cabin when the fan is on. I can only smell it when the fan is on but usually only when it first turns on and just after I switch it off. It doesn't occur though when the air con is switched on.

I can't really describe what it smells like but it's definately not a burning smell and it's not something that I have generated!

Have any of you had this and do you know how to fix it? What can I do coz it's doing my head in!

If it's kind of a wet dog smell could be time to change your pollen filter!

yeah it does sort of smell like that. how much will that set me back and where can i get one from?

how often do you change your underpants,might be worth a try

i knew that someone would gimme stick lol. fyi i change them once a day sometimes twice depending on whether i shower more than once in a day.

I think it under a tenner from the dealer mate, It sits behind the glove box! Iirc the is a how to on changing it!
