I'd of thought non resonated would sound quite loud and maybe quite boomy inside the cabin.

Non-Resonated has one silencer in the back box.

Resonated has a silencer in the centre pipe and backbox.

          Resonated 2 silencers
          Non resonated 1 silencer

For pops and bangs I'd go non res or even better decat

I'm sure piper or cobra do a straight through exhaust, you can get switchable exhausts I think wortec do one for the astra

Without a back box it is stupidly loud and sounds crapier.

Mattyslost has a custom that has a centre silencer and no back box. Sounds epic but you ain't getting on any track days with it 😂

I've recently fitted a cobra to mine, has a nice gritty crackle to it

Go for full decat and no silencers and a Remus back box

                      You won't be disappointed
