  • Astra H OPC Nurnburgring edition Remus exhaust installation

    Hello guys,

    Finally i got hands one of these Remus turboback exhaust system.

    Do you have some installation tips/tricks, or is system bolt on type.

    Or do i have get some angled lambda sensor extension?

      can be a pain lining up the pre cat pipe to turbo ,if not correctly aligned then you'll get blowing ,is it fully decatted or with the sports cat but once all fitted they sound awesome as i have one fitted on mine from new

          I did this on my own few months back, was so hard lol did it thought spent an hour getting the backbox bolts loose then realized it was welded together so had to use an angle grinder to get old exhaust off

            Same the standard exhaust doesn't come off with out a fight

              Hello, remus is no fitted (it taked about six hours ��), and upgraded exhaust hangers to polyurethane also. I love remus sounds. But question, it bangs and pops sometimes. How dangerous this is to sport catalysator?
