They won't necessarily no. Ask them to put your VIN number through their VXCare system. It must be the VIN number not the reg no.

    Known faults so far include:

Incorrect spark plugs fitted at factory so require replacement along with coil pack.

Faulty CIM (causes the engine to cut out as soon as it's been started and/or just won't start with 'spanner' light blinking).

Something about stop gaps in suspension????

Not sure if there is anything else but sure people will add to the list.

It's an internal Vauxhall system. The public can't access it.

The only ones I know of are the spark plug/coil pack and the suspension bump stops.

So can you just call Vaux and they give you details on the phone?

                ......

The coil pack is NOT part of the product recall notice (UK 06-PO15)

Thorney are currently talking to vauxhall about the failure of the coil pack after the plugs have been used for more than a few thousand miles...
Yet if you are near Thorney then I strongly advise you to get your plugs replaced by them, who will check and replace the coil pack if faulty.

Other dealers wont go to the lengths that thorney does to ensure the car is running correctly.

(PS I'm not part of any tuner camp !.... just stating facts)
tuner talk: "Just get out and drive the damn things !!!"
The truth is out there ...
