You have to use a VAT registered garage and Vauxhall 'approved' parts and keep proof by way of receipts etc, however, the second and third year breakdown cover is only renewed by a Vauxhall Approved service agent or dealer, you would have to buy seperate cover if using a private garage.

Warranty work can also only be carried out by a Vauxhall Authorised Repairer.

In your service log book it reads that you can go to any approved vxl dealer for repair, warranty and service work without any penalty.
I think this Total Vauxhall article on ALL our tuners will show very good example of engineering and new innovations being undertaken at a very high intensity.
I've had work done with TMS and I find them to be as honest and loyal to their customers as they are in their enthusiasm, pride in their work, expertise and pioneering innovation. Its all seen as very important to TMS.
I also am aware of the same standards that the other Tuners (we have available to us). Who are revolutionary and ground-breaking in this field also.
We have an enviable selection of top class experts and enthusiasts.
I acknowledge these as our specialists and authorities. As its truly a gift to be able to see something for what it is and then to look beyond that and see what is its potential.
    Truly Top Class.

started a topic service / warranty

    service / warranty

you used to be able to take your car to any vat registered garage for a service and still retain your warranty as long as genuine parts were used !!

has this changed or can you still do this??

small garages have in my opinion better customer care and take more car of the vehicle as they have a one to one relationship with the customer .
