  • Fit an ipod?

    Want to fit 5th generation 80gb ipod into car to link up with sound system..

    Have spoken to Vauxhall and they use a denison kit here...

    its a fm kit it uses the areial wire that goes into the back of the headunit, problem with that is vauxhall don't use std connectors so will need change the wires so it can connect and its not nice to do can mess up your signal on your radio, willl look into this in more detail and see wot i can come up with.

      spoke to apple bentre today and as vxrrich said you can get a kit by belkin that uses a cigarette attchment and sends radio signal to your stereo via a radio channel and then you play itunes through the radio channel.....

        yeah maplins do one that you put in your lighter socket and it doubles as cadle so it sits just in front of the radio

          You can get an aerial converter to normal DIN. Works fine no problems at all. It keeps the amp'd aerial too
