i have one on mine, its made by hks i can only lock my car with the key when its running and u cant arm the alarm untill the timer runs down, other than that its quite usefull somtimes

best thing to do tho is go easy for the last few miles b4 u get home

Doesnt seem worth it to be honest, the other thing to think about is with the police.

My mate had one on his RS Turbo and they got really funny about it, cos he was leaving the car unattended with the engine running so to speak. He tried explaining it to them, but they wouldnt have none of it

Personally, the last few minuted of the journey taking it easy and not using the Turbo so to speak i feel is sufficient

                      My sentiments exactly.

It is an offence to leave a car unattended with engine running - FPN of £30...

i can see this as the next big money spinner for the government.
just imagine a police officer in next doors bushes with a camera recording the crime

Will never happen - has been an offence for years. It is used for idiots who leave cars by the side of busy roads
