    we should make a Corsasilver a sticky thread so he can ask all the questions in there

    regal seem to map the ecu to the air intakes eg. the diblas one, not sure if any other tuners have found any need to change the induction system

      an induction kit will do sod all for your motor,so a further remap is not needed

                      yes on a N/A engine and not on a charged one.

                      Befor you ask:-
                      N/A = Naturally Aspirated
                      Charged = Turbo/Super charger
                      Super charger = Mechanicaly driven
                      Turbo = gas dricen

                        no,not really.
                        i think even an uprated panel filter is a waste of cash.no performance gains at a cost of 30 odd quid.

                        just replace the paper filter.less cost,more peace of mind

                          Im not doubting the fact that CAI kits do or dont increase power but why do ALL the big power power jap cars fit them and they are turbo? in principal they make sense, the better the supply of cold air to the engine with better fueling(from other mods) = more power???

                            Even if they don't increase power they look so much better than the standard air box. People say don't waste money on things to "dress up" your engine bay. but then why do people buy sillicon hoses?

                              yeah exactly they must increase power if not throttle response
