    Pads? Fluid?

tbh, im not overall keen on the VXR brake pedal, i agree its not very firm and travels quite a way, similar to my corsa, and even though thats got big brakes, it still doesn't inspire confidence...

If your ABS comes on easily over un-even surface, good chance its your pads (lum di dooooo, NOT that we've got that at all ).

Long brake travel - advice please

    Hi All,

The brake pedal travel on my car is a lot longer than on the others in the fleet. It stops in the end, but just feels mushy!! Needless to say the dealer seems to think it's OK so long as it stops - but it certainly slows down the braking "moment" which can be a bit of a distance.

Any ideas what's wrong and what could be done before I go up the back of a bus?

    Thanks
Working...
