    its in the sump already as part of full engine protection control from ECU and canbus system.

    If you look at the front of the engine just below the dipstick tube there is the sensor in the top part of the sump.

    It will only tell you when it needs to.

    a tech 2 check can check its operation.

    To think about.

    Some of you and others might after reading this will know that the Z20LEH does not have a low oil sensor fitted.

    After looking on the EPC i found this

    SENSOR, MINIMUM OIL LEVEL, OIL PAN Z20LEH 24426048

    now if we were to buy one is the loom in place to make it work. If it is why did VXL not fit one in the first place seems stupid to me that the part is available but was not fitted as a std build, it was on the Z20LET's and according to the book lower spec engines thus i cant see why not on a car that might through its design use oil but give no indication to the driver.
