    What sort of power increase in percentage does stage 3 give would you say??

        Yeah, but then your insurance will increase exponentially....

        I think Aussie's 10% was a tongue-in-cheek as most insurers will only apply modest increases upto 10%

          I would say 20-25% increase from standard

            Is it not 25% if 240 is std half that 120 half that 60 so 60 bhp is 25%. could be totaly wrong.

              just got mine insured upto 20 % increase an extra £160 for the year

                      be careful what you tell them cause the % works in category's, so if you say you are 21% increase and then you could fall into the 20-30% bracket and the premium will reflect this at the top end. In my situation i told them about a 15% increase and i fell into the 11%- 20% bracket

                          Just enquired direct line....

                          exhaust 10% = extra £40 per year excess up from £200 to £600 and stage 3 20% = extra £67 per year plus excess £650...

                          Am currently paying £340 fully comp with £200 excess
