are fing useless following lots of phone calls to them bout files and the bloke i spoke to after dialing to technical support was a [email protected] and hopefuly some one will read this and do something bout there customer relations

yeah, thats not good from superchips...

i've been in tough with them three times.. everytime was nice and easy...

the last time, i spoke to a bloke called Jo.. he couldn't help me at that moment but took my number (or they already had my number - can't remember which).. but called me back as soon as he got answers...

they've been good for me thus far... sorry to hear about your experience.
