Same as all disc pads...no heavy braking for approx 100 miles or you may glaze the pads.
Just light pressure initially then you'll get the feel for them as they bed in...they also need to be up to temperature to work properly as well...so after bedding in it'll take a few hard stops to get them warmed up.

I have had a few sets of pads that require heavy bedding in ie. several hard stops from 60MPH to bed them in Ferodo DS2500 for example .
Its best to refer to the manufacturers website for instructions on bedding in for specific pads.
yellow stuff pads can damage your disc when cold, so stamping on them cold to warm them won't do u any favours! warm them gently and they will be awsome when up to temp
