yeah its good stuff, used to put the 5-30 into my turbo Bora a few years back. As long as its fully synth it will be fine, check what specs it has and compare to your hand book

Just done a full oil change and put this into my stage 2 Astra and found it improves the time it reaches a good temp to plant my right foot down. Not cheap but why have a good car and put c**p in it.
