have a look at this mate,down the bottom of the test is a brake test.
my corsa has vec brakes,the rest have alcom and ap's.(yes my car is only 1200kg)but some of the brake kits on the other cars were twice the price of my kit.

i am not going to say the vectra brakes are the best in the world,but we have done alot of track time with them on my car and andy's astra,they have been very good,they may not be super cheap,but the spare parts are.sigpicComment

darren if you want the best then go for ap's or alcons,i remember you asking months ago about brakes and youve still not bought any,if you have not got ap or alcon money then its a kit that regal do or the 6 pot xyz's that were one here a couple of weeks ago,what i cannot understand here with you is your car has been modded by regal so why have you not bought any brakes off them,there good enough to make your car faster but not good enough to stop itComment
