Flat spot

Hi just wonderd if any1 else has occured a problem with a flat spot in forth wen giving it little boot from 3.5k to 4.5 it slugs, any ideas?

i believe everybody gets it, either change down or if you get it re-mapped then that cures it, but that doesnt help if you dont want to tune it. HTH
