  • Bar or psi?

Going to buy a boost gauge but not sure if I should go BAR or PSI?

I know they both do the same thing but is one easier to read / move more due to the range. What does most people go for?

Also where can I find info on tolerances as in what is safe boost levels etc?

    Thanks

I would say it manly up to you, where is you car tuned just ask them what they use or what you think is easier to read off

I have PSI, mainly beacouse that is what most (all) use here

Everyone one has psi i believe but i always get dyno plots in bar so i got this. Feel bad though because the focus st standard boost gauge has bar on it!

Think I'll go psi if that is the usual!

Just need to identify what are safe boost levels to ensure mine isn't over boosting

          cheers for the info.
