Big end bearings...

Just need a quick bit of advice if people can.

Just looking for some new big end bearings to go in my forged steel rods and at the moment it looks like the only place I can get them from is Vauxhall.

Any other suggestions?

these guys do heavy duty acl race bearings.

a lot of the big power audi guys just use standard bearings and get them coated for protection which could be an option.

do you need to replace them?,if your just changing the rods,provided you've checked the clearances on the crank are correct,you might not need them.or have you had the crank altered?.

The crank is nearly new only covered about a thousand miles, just building up the LEH I have sat around to be able to more than cope with bigger power, so its got the forged steel rods etc, I might just get a set of standard ones from Vauxhall but was just seeing what else is about first and get some advice
