    Bye Bye Window Chrome Strips, ..Hello Carbon!

    I went a bit crazy with some carbon vinyl and a craft knife yesterday (despite having a sprained hand and being told to rest it for a few days ) and this is what I achieved. Thanks to VXRDave for the idea, ..the rear ones were quite easy to do, ..but not so the front ones as the chrome bits don't come off on their own. I was quite happy to lose the chrome, think it looks better, but not sure if I should redo them in black like VXRDean has done. Let me know what you think peeps!           The rear ones are quite easy, ..so probably about 15 minutes for each strip, ..measuring, cutting fitting. The front ones took a few attempts to get it just right, ..you need to cut the strips 16mm thick. The measurements I took showed 15mm for them, ..but whenever I tried fitting I could always see a little glint of chrome here and there, so cut 16mm strips and it fitted perfectly, ..no chrome in sight x
