OMFG just today received price for new Astra OPC, dont know how in UK, but over here its 6,000 EUR less than Meg 265.

I already called my Opel dealer where I but my Corsa before (and about 8 cars my dad) he told my roughly what discount I can get for this car,

OMFG its 1/3 cheaper (with some extra) than was my Corsa OPC/VXR






now just to find out if its at least so good as my Meg aroud the corners

Not if you go for the full fat one with similar spec they work out the same ish. The figure used by the magazines is usually the CUP derivative

Same-ish is not the same as 6000 EUR (~£4,740) cheaper.....

The Megane is now here on 31,000 EUR (not included the Recaro seats, etc, but yes with CUP - thats the only way for my, as the non CUP are ****) and the Astra is starting on 25,090 EUR !!!

I am never (i think not only me) buying the cars in full prices, but cant belive the Astra is in that bargain price even before my discount (which was for Corsa about 15% fro me)

Yes, I am not ... I already had a call for this reason with head of local Opel sale - I was told that with some "basic Astra OPC" just with special paint & bixenon I can jump to the car for @ 21,000 EUR !!!

thats ******* bargain, once I buy my Corsa OPC for @ 29,000 EUR ...
