  • Headlights flashing

My car has the bi halogen headlights and recently whilst driving its been flicking between full beam and dipped beam without the indicator light coming up on the dashboard. It does it regardless wether the automatic main beam is active or not, anyone any ideas? Pretty much makes it undrivable because you either blind other drivers or you flash them without knowing

Looks like you have an issue with the Hid kit installed interfering with the can bus system.

Best get it to a dealer find out what is wrong.

Did it do this before you fitted the hid kit.

You need to get this to a dealer then as it could be many things ie switch, wiring or BCM.

Try disconecting the battery for 30 mins and try it.

Seems more likely to be a canbus error

Ok, it needs to be reset/fault code cleared.

I get issues like this on Jeeps and i have to do a proxi configuration realignment.
