  • Best place for parts ??

My Corsa VXR is rapidly going down hill parts wise, i'm on my 4th, yes 4th set of rear wheel bearings, and the back passenger side calliper has seized causing it to fail its MOT.

Can anybody tell me where to get decent parts that won't fail on me ?

    Thanks in advance folks.

As far as I know VX now make improved wheel bearings which don't fail nearly as much. Never heard a problem of seized calipers though. You could always upgrade to bigger brakes from regal/courts.

I had the same problem with my
Caliper Mate, but it was the drivers side rear, £93 for a new one and that was on a exchange basis. :-(

Try autovaux or get a trade club card.

+1 on autovaux. Awesome service and very helpful.
They know a lot more than my local vauxhall put it that way.
Also a hell of a lot cheaper for the same GM parts.

Yeah, I dealt with Kieron, I asked my local VX dealer to order me a centre cap for a corsa VXR 18 inch wheel centre cap. I received an arctic one which is black. They Said it would be about £18/20 and it came back at £25.

I told them right where to go.

Emailed autovaux. All sorted and cost £14 + vat.
