    Is it searching for revs?

If so, your re-map has popped piston 4

I'd probably get it looked at by a decently known tuner, the 1.6 is a delicate engine. My thought is if it's running too rich it may be buggering the engine. If you speak to WG Motorworks, Courtenay or RS they may be able to assist

Do you allow it to warm up and cool down etc?

What power is it running? And do you have a dyno graph for it?

Couple of things to consider for the lumpyness,

Coil Pack on it's way out
Your Oil Cap, is it screwed on right? (Don't mean to insult with asking this, but I done this on a previous car when topping up with oil, I left the cap off & it started being "limpy")
Or as Cobbie had mentioned, could very well be your MAF.

Best thing to do is get it into a garge, have a diagnostic check on it & have everything checked over (Are you covered under Vauxhall Warranty?)
