Been covered a few times on here.. depends on your headlight style.
If you have a reflector type then your best bet is to buy H7R HIDs (they have anti-glare shields meant for use in reflector style headlights)
If it's projector then to be honest I'm not sure.

In terms of where to buy them, I used Lush Lighting City: https://www.lushlightingcity.co.uk/store/index.php
    I've heard HIDs-Direct are good too: http://www.hids-direct.co.uk/

If you want to stay with halogen bulbs then I'd recommend Philips Diamond Vision. I've never used them personally but have heard good reviews about them.

    Hope that helps!

When I had my Astra VXR I had it fitted with Ring Xenon Max bulbs. They were around £25-£30 for the pair and were fantastic at lighting up the road. The gave a whiter glow than standard bulbs too. On unlit B roads there was no need for full beam ever, just dipper main beams were plenty bright enough to light up the road. Going to invest in a set for my Burgs AFL's as the standard bulbs are terrible.

They claim to give a xenon white/blue tint to them but I've never used them myself. The reviews seem to be pretty good on them though! I used the Philips Xtreme H7 bulbs before I fitted my HIDs and they were good at lighting up the road with reasonable white light but just wasn't good enough for me
Hoping to soon swap the HIDs for a retrofit projector with xenons though.
