Corsa VXR Artic

Im a total newbie on here and was wondering what the differences are between a standard corsa vxr and an artic. having a quick read through the forum i gather its a full remus exhaust system?? any thing else? How much should i be looking to pay for an artic??? Sorry for all the questions. Im thinking of coming from Focus ST ownership to a corsa vxr and saw a artic in my local dealership yesterday!!

The VXR Arctic has over the standard Corsa VXR;

Limited Edition - 500 Units

Glacier White Paint

Gloss Black 18" Alloy Wheels (The 18" alloys that are an option on the standard Corsa)

Gloss black mirrors

Remus Exhaust (Pre-cat and backbox, not centre section)

The big sunroof (not an option on the standard Corsa)

Darker window tints on the rear glass

Also the rings around the vents are white.

Price wise, we're doing them (not 100% if we have them available) for £15,420 with 6 months tax so somewhere around that price I think you should be aiming for.

Its just an awesome car! Although i think they should've just left the side mirrors white!

thanks for the help so far!! im very tempted to get one as i am bored of my st now and fancy a change.

do the dealers also do lowering springs or is that from elsewhere??

IMO, drive the car for atleast 6 months without anything done.

Then you'll know what you need to start doing, engine, traction, styling, sound etc.

That's what i did with my Corsa SRI... But then i have now a VXR, which is much quicker, only done a few things to it through. Haven't lowered, for now i feel that the control is 100%, so no need to change...

my st is running 320bhp and i've done all the mods to it. Im not going to be doing any mods if i get a artic vxr except for lower it!! Just need to weigh up my options and decide what to do!! keep st or go for vxr lol

The Remus pops and bangs all the time, i have the Arctic and done so far 953 miles and its sounding so nice im waiting till it gets to 1000miles then a oil change and filter change and then start to open her up past 4RPM he he cant wait

no, because remus is not a full system on the corsa.
