  • > Badass new Corsa VXR Turbocharger Solution.....

Just Letting you Corsa VXR people in on a bit of a hush hush development over the winter

We have been working on some solutions for the astra and corsa vxr's

Basicially BIG Power Turbocharger reworkings, using OE casings....with the aim of making the most of what you already have, keeping packaging issues to a minimum and maximising power output for minimal financial outlay

Agressive, twin bladed, enlarged compressor wheel...

Here compared to the puny stock wheel...

Externally, they look stock! all original hardware can be utilised

Here you can see the all new exhaust wheel with its cut back blades for fast spool-up

They go into final testing this week, but initial testing shows very very promising results!

                  Looks good.

                  Few questions really:

                  What power you looking for?
                  How much? (est?)
                  How long to fit?

                    another question.....

would it fit to a standard car or more mods needed before or after this?

Designed to fit the standard car (same exhaust manifold), but you would most likely need internals on engine to ensure safety (rods/etc..)

Indeed Pretty sure this is intended for those aiming to go above Corsa S3/S4 So you should already have those bits

I was told the standard internals are good for around 300bhp as the stock pistons are forged, and rods hold up pretty well too. Would be good for someone in the know to confirm that though
