Climate Control Won't Get Warm

Has anyone else had issues with their climate control not getting warm?

I have it on 'Hi' and it's still cool.

Am I just not doing something really stupid?

Just spoken to Vauxhall, apparently there are two recalls on my car, one for ABS and one for Climate Control.

Think that's a bit naughty considering I got the car a few months ago, surely recall work should be checked before they sell it to me?!

ive had to have my climate control fixed before as it wasnt working.
