I have one on mine and was lucky I just got told to change it back to how it should be. I was told they can take the plate also they flag up with anpr cameras. All this did not bother me untill I was also told I would not be insured as the car would not pass an mot. The dvla know people are going to change them but its a good earner for them and the police.

Depends who you get and wether the old lady let them have a bit the night before, and as for the MOT bit dont know how they dream them up
So if your exhaust is blowing thats a MOT failure so you have got no insurance while you are driving about.

We all no the risks the same as we do when we are doing 120 on the motorway or the traffic lights grand prix
