shifting gears

Just wondering what everyone shifts gears at?

my car has 1300 miles on it roughly and ran it in for the first 800 by not going above 3000 and now not paying that much attention probs shifting about 5000 but never redlining it! Is this ok or should i be shifting at lower revs?

it revs to 6200 change around 6 and you'll enjoy the car more reving to 5k is just cruising

occasionly i rev to around 7000 when having a blast, every now and again its not goin to hurt hitting the redline, all it is there for is to stop you over revving, its not gonna blow up if it touches it (touch wood piston 4)

Not much point in going past 6,000rpm imo.. Personally running EDS stage 3 if you watch the boost gauge.. It holds about 22psi right up until 5,550rpm and then it drops off.. So I normally change about 5,600ish.. By 7,000rpm its only boosting 15psi (Basically standard boost)

My cars on the standard map and boosts to about 1 bar on my gauge, is this about right.
