Guess The Noise

i have been getting a small click coming from my left front wheel when pulling away and turning at the same time (not abs test) it's usually one small click, but this morning it was like a loud clunk again just once. then a minute later i went over a speed bump slowly and clunk but not as loud! hasn't happened since this morning what could this be. its obviously something intermittent.

ideas welcome?

forgot to mention the cars done 5900 miles, 09 plate.

Might be your suspension coming loose, wish i was kidding but my front drivers side did, the whole arm was moving!! Get it looked at asap
