I had a stealth shelf and amps under the false floor. This still allowed me to have boot space but not a great deal because of the spekers hanging down.
Also if you really want a sub have you thought about the stealth boxes??

if you want bass, and want boot space.

Change to decent front components and amp them up.

i did one it was naff the sound was rubbish as the sub kept knocking the boot floor, ideal for space but a no no for sound tbh... unless you get a active slimline sub pioneer do one..

i built my own sub enclosure where the false floor was. i used 15mm mdf to replace the flimsy false floor and built an mdf sub enclosure underneath. sub is mounted to the false floor, but is all boxed in and i have amazing results with it

i used a 12" 1000w vibe fli sub which has perfect depth and is a snug fit and the amp is fitted underneath also so no wiring or anything can be seen.

ill try get some pics up tonight.
