The US get the Insignia Saloon as the Saturn Aura...maybe quite not so good looking...

Yep, I didn't read the fine print that basically said they won't be getting it until 2011.... so here's the old one
...but now they've rendered the 2011 Aura .... good work

Looking at the photo's again more closely the Buick has a start / stop button.
