  • Part number for air con compressor

    Evening all,
Who’s the chap who can tell you the part number for almost everything on the car?
    Or can anyone else help.
My air con compressor isn’t working and it’s a bit of a job to get it out, to find out what the part Humber is to then put it back In until I get a new one.
    My reg is DY10 XTR
I’ve tried to google it and search in eBay but it seems a Diesel engine one could be compatible too??
Any advice is very much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ryan

      I have found alternator : http://ecat24.com/opel/catalog/part/...126,6096,6115/

Compressor is on the other side of engine and at the opposite on the same belt. but I am still looking for it

EDIT: found it... or them... no idea which is the good one:

I’ve had it tested and they are pretty sure it is the compressor, but just can’t get to it to see the part number 😔

            Unfortunately no.

This kind of site is good to get schemas and parts but sometimes lists or shows all models.

I would say Opel/vauxhall should be able to get you the right part with your VIN. ask them for a quote if your mechanics is not an official dealer
