    you have stupidly bought a vauxhall is the first thing that strikes me

    kidding mate,no idea but kirky had this issue so maybe pm him as i remember him definately having the same thing as this

          My traction control light was coming intermittently turned out i had a knackered track rod end

            I think ESP lamp was on when my steering angle sensor was faulty...
            Do you have any occurances of ESP interfering without reason (like suddenly losing all power while turning slowly)?

                            I had the steering angle sensor replaced on extended warranty by Opel when the car was just above 2 years. This is a known problem on Me rivas and you really shouldn't pay for it.
