    some idiot has keyed my car and am wanting to know whats best scratch kit to get it out or atleast stop it sticking out like a sore one, its quite deep but hasnt gone down to bare metal, any advice would be great thanks

    If it's just in the clearcoat a pro might be able to cut the scratch out for you, get some pics up and someone who knows more than me might be able to advise

      Gutted for you, halford do a touch up pen if thats any help to you? they have got the Arden blue

        gutted mate, good point is it can be repaird. If it aint past the clearcoat it can be even easier to do

              I'll echo the comments on here. Get some photos up, and someone WILL be able to help you, no doubt.

              As for the key scratch... Shame you didn't see them doing it... I know if it was me, they'd be dead. Literally.

                  Ah gutted for you man

                  My baby is going in tommorrow for its key treatment.

                  No car for a 5 days but will be looking new again

                  £600 of damage is coming out my pocket from some fun

                      i wouldn't use a touch up pen on it mate as it will still stand out like a sore thumb, there only good for stone chips etc. I had a scratch like yours on my old car (another type r lol) so i sent it to a bodyshop as i was having it machine polished anyways and to my amazement it came out once the guy in the bodyshop had worked his magic. I think it cost me £200 for a machine polish so it's worth a try
