Snapped bonnet cable

Paul mate - could just be the angle of the picture but the left vent does not look straight to me

In fairness Paul did this without using my method, so good job there mate.

However, I guess the learning curve here is for all you folks to check your bonnet cable is correctly adjust (taking the slack up and adjusting on the cable clamp on the slam panel) less you get caught like Paul and I did.

Need help just ask....

It came off the latch under the slam panel mate, it's a pain in the backside, luckily I had access to a ramp and a few decent tools otherwise I'd be really stuck.

Was the cable snapped then bud or did it just come loose?

Got it open in the end, took about an hour, it's a fiddly job but sort of easy with the right tools.
