  • timing chain help?

    hey, iv only had my 280 2007 vxr since june its on 34000 miles and i was wondering what service issues i have to deal with regarding the timing chain and whatever else should be done? any help

    The cam belt scheduled change is done at 80k miles or 8 years

      so i dont have to worry about it? i heard its better to gert it fully serviced at 40,000 what does that incur? cheers

          Full service is oil/air/fuel and cabin filter and 6 litres of oil . Dealers would probably want to do a brake fluid change too although its really up to you for that. Rest of the service is just checks and lubrication on door hinges etc. If your handy and can do yourself as its a very easy car to service then can be done for around £70 for all filters and good oil
