Price, 25 quid for donor grille, could do it with your own but this was a tester and didn't want to destroy my original incase it didn't work,

50 quid to have it painted and meshed

looks sweet, but if you could mesh the rest of it, that would finish it off nicely.

Backing off the bumper, sits behind the grille

Marry it up with donor grille and mark out the holes from back

Cut out the holes carefully with a dremmil multi

                  Job done

question how you get a nice smooth edge where you cut? and also how you fix the mesh on?

Cut very carefully, rub down then the mesh is bonded in mate, bodyshop bonded it in for me

ive got all the sprayers, compressers, grinders everthing... all the tools etc etc... so can do everything just knowing the how to parts.

i know bit be a pain for you but if you can, could you please take pic close up on the out side so can see how flush it looks.
then the pain one could you take a pic of the back of it see the bond... fastening.

                            thanks.

also do you worry about the rain getting sucked up? have you done anything to prevent it?
