dealers will charge a higher premium for the mileage

I was offered aabout 8-9k in part ex for my 2006 with 37k miles.

So about 11k private, prob 12k from a vxl dealer.

Not far at all Mr Lol, sold mine yesterday and been offered a pretty good deal (I think) on another one, although I'm getting a crappy Audi diesel, im still tempted!

Sold it as I'm getting a company car this week and didnt need the VXR.

However was out at the weekend looking at Insignia VXR's (which is my planned purchase for March) and saw this Vectra VXR sitting there looking sorry for itself and had every option apart from PDC and my missus said I could have it, sooooo tempted, just feel that maybe the Vectra is a little old now and not really that desired?

trouble is, the Vectra VXR is a bit of loose cannon

300bhp through the front wheels is never going to make for the most dynamic of handling experiences

that combined with a low budget interior made it a bit dated.

The game has definately moved on, especially when you consider what used 335 saloons are going for now.


And you have to consider the ST220 as well, that offers a lot of what the VXR does, but now for about 5k second hand for a good 03 model.
