Pre-wash with snowfoam if you have it
    Rinse
2 bucket method with the AG shampoo
    Rinse
    Clay
    Wash 2bm as above
    Rinse
    Dry
Polish with DA polisher, 3M and Hex Logic pad

    Then either:

    Glossworx Glaze
Jetseal 109 - leave an hour to cure and then buff off and then repeat

    Or

Wax - which ever you want to use

    For the wheels

    Bilberry wheel cleaner
    Rinse
    Wash 2bm
    Rinse
    Dry
    Meg's tyre shine

Not really necessary to polish the wheels IMO, i have never polished wheels, i see little point as a decent clean with bilberry and shampoo will bring them up a treat.

Yes i would seal the wheels with Jetseal 109, forgot to add this

I prefer a wash mitt as opposed to a Zymol Sponge but Zymol sponge's are very good and used by many

agreed mate , a sponge regardless of brand will trap dirt between it and the surface , where a mitt will lift dirt away from the surace and absorb it so you wont be pushing harsh particles of ****** into your paint lol
