The old beads were running left right and centre last night but this morning perfectly formed little beads made me smiles lol

good stuff at least you know your paint work is protected plus when you look at other cars you can always tell if its owner looks after it. when the rain gathers like that you know its had a good waxing lol

Surely the water should be encouraged to come off the car, not stay on the car like shown in the pics ???

Yes, it proves the car is waxed and well protected, but if those beads are left to dry, your car will be a right mess

It often is mate, the problem with the roof being flat and no camber where i park means i often have "fallout" left when the beads dry

So do you beads stay like that and cause water marks etc under gradual hear & sun, or is it a case of a snap shot in time ie. pic of the beads before they start to run ?

                          Bit of both mate.

Yesterday evening when it was still raining the beads were free rolling once the surface tension broke, hence the streaky bonnet and irregular roof.

This morning they were just sitting there following over night drizzle. Presumably if i hadnt driven the car and they all rolled onto the rear window then as the day got warmer they would have dried
