Looks good mate....really nice....and a great colour car....

Unfortunately your going to pick up ALOT of stone chips. Best advice i can give you is get a touch up kit from a dealers and using a small artist brush dab it on, this will get rid of the obvious silver and protect the metal work aswell. No point in a re-spary until you sell or get alot more etc.

I cleaned mine not so long ago:

However i have just taken delivery of a machine polisher and have given that whirl today and my god, it looks 10 times better then it does in the in pic's on the above link, such a deep shine its amazing. At this time though i have only used it for applying polish, glaze etc and havent done any correction.

                  Quick question!

Should I use wax, everytime I clean the car?

good attempt mate, but next time clean the wheels, wheel arches, and treat the tyres to a shine up as well.

that stone chip is not nice,on such a new car as well.
