I wouldt use red mist as it would be an expensive lube. Just mix some shampoo and water in a bottle

i use sonus green clay

and use dodo juice born to be slippy lube but can mix shampoo and water if you want

I use a Dodo Juice drying towel which is very good. The Dodo Juice Superntaural is supposed to be the mutts nutts but very big. Around £25

Bilberry wheel cleaner, no acidic and works as well as an acidic wheelcleaner but is very safe. ABout £15 for a gallon

Sonus green clay bar. Easy to work with and a medium/soft grade of clay which is generally what you will need. Not the cheapest but i have used cheap and an extra few quid for the Sonus is well worth it. Around £20 for two bars
