Going karting with my mate again in a second but he is class and beat me by 0.2 last time. Any tips? apart from being as smooth as possible.

Lean to the outside of the kart when cornering, it may feel odd, but do it. It puts your weight on the outside wheel (the one giving you grip) rather than wasting it on the inside corner.

If you're struggling to get the kart around the corner/suffering from understeer, turn in, foot flat to the floor and believe. It will go round the corner.

There are a few other little buts but that should net you two tenths.
